Xaiborg Code of Conduct
-
Respect Our Values: Our values are Community, Respect, Excellence. Every Xaiborg and guest must be treated with care and dignity. Any behavior that threatens the safety, well-being, or respect of others — including aggressive contact, abusive language, or property damage — may result in membership cancellation. Members are responsible for any damages caused.
-
Personal Belongings & Materials: Please take your personal items home after each session. Do not remove any workshop tools, parts, or materials. All tools, components, and builds are shared resources of Xai Robotics. Members may document and showcase their work in portfolios, but physical robots and equipment stay in the lab to support future projects.
-
Food and Drinks: No food or drinks in the workshop, except for water in designated areas.
-
Cleanliness: Keep your work area and the workshop clean to protect sensitive microelectronics.
-
Appropriate Content: No displaying or accessing adult content in the facility or on our networks.
-
Respect Projects: We are a community of explorers. Support one another, but do not interfere with another Xaiborg’s project or process.
-
Safety First: Always follow safety guidelines when using tools and equipment. Wear appropriate gear, report accidents immediately, and return tools to their place after use. Unsafe contact with others or equipment will result in immediate termination of membership.
-
Noise Level: Keep noise levels low to respect others working around you. Use headphones for personal audio.
-
Time Management: Be mindful of time limits on shared resources and equipment. Allow others to use them by sharing fairly.
-
No Running: For everyone’s safety, do not run or engage in horseplay inside the workshop.
